Having Trouble Activating Your Account?
If you're experiencing issues such as errors during activation or difficulty accessing your account, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Use the Right Browser
For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. If you're using another browser, try switching to Chrome and retrying the activation process.
2. Check Your Logged-in Accounts
If you're logged into multiple accounts on your browser, it can sometimes cause conflicts.
- Go to Google Sheets' homepage
- On the top right, select your profile photo
- Sign out of all accounts
- Sign back in with your preferred account
3. Verify Your License Code
Make sure your license code is active. You can check this in your Account tab in the sidebar. If you don't have a license code showing up after you have inputted one, please reach out to our support team for assistance at support@aisheets.app.
